01
When Android will not install
Check free storage, download completion and the exact Android message. Repeating the same download will not correct a package or signature mismatch.
- Capture the full error message.
- Confirm the file completed downloading.
- Review the installation source permission.
- Do not disable security controls simply to bypass a warning.
02
When a second app appears
A separate icon can indicate a different package identifier. Keep the working copy long enough to compare app details, and do not enter credentials into the new copy until its source is verified.
- Compare both package identifiers.
- Check signing information where available.
- Do not clear the working app's data.
03
When the interface changes
The supplied S9 lobby screenshot is a reference, not a permanent layout specification. Check several signals together: package identity, source domain, account history and navigation destinations.
- A visual change alone is not proof of a problem.
- Multiple unexplained changes deserve a pause.
- Share only masked evidence when requesting help.
